Test froze?
I am using the clearview ovulation test. Nowhere in the paperwork did it indicate you could not use the test after receiving the smiley. I had gotten low for two days, and then a smiley yesterday. Today the screen was frozen on the smiley and nothing could change it. It was like it was frozen. I tried taking the back off to reset the battery, and after that it only displayed the book symbol. It makes me really unhappy to have paid so much for a product I could only use 3 times, and am not sure is actually even working.... What should be done in this instance??

It's not possible to take another test while a result remains on the screen, and removing the battery will cause the holder to be unusuable. How do I reset the clear blue advanced digital ovulation test? It normally works I get a smiley or blank circle. I went to test today, first time since last month cycle,. And as soon as I put the test strip in, a book w a arrow popped up. And just there, it won't go away. It's been hours. And I can't get it to reset/go away. So I can test. I tried removing n re entering the test strip. NOTHIN. The book w arrow symbol just on there. How do I reset it /get it to work ?

I faced the same issue.
I took a test yesterday and the screen froze on smiley till this morning. I opened the back to see what the issue and the smiley disappeared. The book symbol came in. When I took a test again the tester was not reading at all.
Buying another reader is expensive and if you had that many testers, we should have at-least two or three readers too. I took the biggest box. No doubt it helps to track but now my test sticks are of no use.
