Test result

So I took a blue dye test and there was blue wavy lines not where the test line was so I bought the pink dye after that I waited and was really surprised I didn't see any kind of line at all so I opened the test up and there's a dark dark pink test line the same color almost as the control line but it was not lined up with the window to see it at all idk what to take this result as so if you could let me know but this is a little ridiculous how I bought 2 boxes of tests from you and they are faulty
