Test Window Floodguard

Question

I took a rapid detection test and urine got on the test window. I got a positive result. Is this result accurate? Does the floodguard mean that the result cannot be affected by urine on the test window?

Hi Aneisha. As long as there was a control line present and your result looked like the 'pregnant' result in the leaflet within the first 10 minutes then you can rely on it and should see your Doctor. Misleading results can be caused by medication containing hCG or recent pregnancy in the last 9 weeks.
