Hi, I used the advanced digital ovulation test. There is the symbol on the screen like a book such that is Q20 in the leaflet. What should i do? I live in Thailand. Thank you

I used as normal but this time when I inserted the test stick in to the holder, the book symbol appeared.

No, I hadn't seen the smiley face. I just started to check the first day of the cycle.

Thanks for that info.  Unfortunately if this symbol remains permanently on the display it means that the Holder has been damaged and can't be used again.  You can return it to the place of purchase for an exchange or refund.
