The holder isn't working

I purchased the Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Test over a month ago. I loved the results it gave me and it definitely helped me to know where I'm at in my cycle. However, the electric holder isn't working for the second month and I still have enough sticks to use for a second cycle. I'm pretty disappointed as the kits are expensive. I can send a picture of what's going on on the holder if need be.

Please keep in mind that if you have an error symbol on your holder, that it would be much easier to resolve the issue over the phone as you may need a replacement product.
