The reader doesn’t work!!!! Waste of money

I bought this test because of the good reviews. However, it doesn’t work in my third day of usage. This is so frustrated!!!! I was excited about this pretty test, I was expecting the happy face but it only appear the symbol of reading then nothing in the second day, then third day it appear the symbol of a book and nothing more!!!
