THREE DAYS AND THE SMILEY FACE STILL APPEARS ON MY STICK

Question

Hi, I just started using ClearBlue Ovulation Digital sticks. I started on the day I was supposed to and my High Fertility (smstarted on friday and went on for 4 days, friday, saturday, sunday and monday, then on tuesday Peak Fertility (solid smiley face) was displayed on the stick. It's been two days since and the smiley face is still displaying on my stick...what does that mean? Is my stick defective?

It says right in the packaging that as soon as you see the SOLID smiley face (your PEAK fertility) you stop testing for that month. It says the solid smiley will stay on your device for 2 days (to make sure you don't test again because you don't need to). You're meant to just have sex again that day & the next day (so 2 days including the day you saw the solid smiley) but then after that it's not likely to conceive anymore that month. (Just to be clear, you have sex every day...or most days...that you see the flashing smiley & then the day you see the solid smiley & the day after. Anytime after that is just for fun (according to Clearblue). ;)
