The Holder can detect LH at a sensitivity of 40mIU/ml or above, however it can adapt and become more sensitive to LH during the cycle of use. There is no fixed threshold for estrogen; the Holder sets a baseline level on the first test and will give High fertility once a significant increase in estrogen is detected as compared to the baseline level.
