TTC post implant

I got my implant removed Oct 10th. I had light spotting November 1st. During the month of October I had “high fertility” but no peak. I then had a light period November 26th-November 28th. I tested Saturday and got a solid circle, tested Sunday and got a flashing, tested today (Monday) at 6:45am and got flashing, tested again at like 7:45pm and got solid smiley. I guess my question is can you O on CD7? I have the implant for almost 10 years and didn’t have a regular cycle at all while one it.
