Two LH Surges in one month / cycle? (Advanced Ovulation Kit)

Hi There, my current cycle is 26 to 30 days long. My previous cycle was 26 days, but the cycle before that was 30 days, and before that 26 days again. I have purchased your advanced ovulation kit (which tests for the LH surge as well as the hormone). I started testing on day 7, and received a circle. On day 8 and 9 the test showed a flashing smiley face (exciting!); and then on day 10 I had a solid smiley face indicating I had the LH surge. I couldn't test on day 11, as the solid smiley face was still showing. On day 12, I tested again, and had a solid circle (which I was expecting). However, when I tested on day 13 I got another flashy smiley, and then today I have tested (day 14) and the test is showing a solid smiley again (indicating a LH surge). Can you please advise what this means? Am I ovulating twice in the same month, or is it likely that one of the solid smileys is incorrect, and if so, which one? Thanks for your help.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same thing, 2 surges in a cycle. My cycle is usually around 30-33 days. This cycle I started using the sticks on day 7. On days 10-13 I got "high" readings (flashing face) and "peak" on days 14&15 (solid face). I continued testing and have just had another "peak reading today on day 22. All were using first urine samples, the same digital reader and I'm not taking any medication except pre-natal vitamins, which was taken after the test.  Am I ovulating twice in the same month, or is it likely that one of the solid smileys is incorrect, and if so, which one? Thanks

Hi this happened to me too.....cycle like clockwork 28 days - I continued to test out of curiosity as my body was telling me that I had ovulated a second time and guess what this was the month I fell pregnant! If I hadn't continued to test I would have missed out for another month! Research on Internet suggests that your body might gear up to ovulate (hence first solid smiley) but for what ever reason it doesn't happen so the body tries again (so you get a second solid smiley) so I would advise to use the tests as a guide only but listen to your body and they other signs you get suggesting ovulation!
