Used first test after OPK positive and now current cycle only showing High Fertility

I purchased Advance Digital kit last cycle but the post was delayed and it arrived the afternoon that I had a positive result on an OPK strip test that morning (CD12). I used one of the CBAD tests that same day and got a Low fertility result. I’ve since found out that the first test using the holder will always show this result and the estrogen levels are used as a baseline. 

I have then used the remaining 9 test sticks on my next cycle (starting CD10) and received a flashing smiley face on the evening of CD13 after deciding to test twice that day and twice each day since then! 

I am now day 16 and have used all 9 tests and the last one still showed a flashing smiley face… 

In the meantime my BBT rose sharply on CD14 and has remained high for CD15 and 16… 

Did I somehow miss my LH surge? Or maybe using the first test stick after a positive OPK strip last cycle has made the next 9 tests incorrect ?
