Used “second pee” for CB advanced ovulation test – could this have given me a false positive for high fertility?

I woke up in a bit of a haze on my second day of testing with the CB Advanced Ovulation test and forgot to pee in a cup when I got up in the morning and realized my mistake directly afterwards. I assumed I would be able to pee some more after a shower, and I did and used that pee for my test (so like 10 minutes after, and no drinking in between). I assumed that pee would count as the same “batch”, and would therefore work.

That test was positive for high fertility, but I’ve now done another 6 tests and still haven’t reached max fertility. Could the first high fertility test have been a false positive?

I’ve also just had one period since taking my iud out, so I’m not sure what my cycle length is at the moment.
