used test sticks

I accidently put the used test sticks into the holder and now the monitor won't work anymore,it showed with a Error symbol like a book. Could you please let me know what I should do now? Do I have to replace this holder?

Hi Merry, we're sorry you received an error symbol.  May we ask the name of the Clearblue product you used?  Also, in which country are you located?  Thank you!

Hello Karen, Thank you very much for your prompt reply. The one I am currently using is called Clearblue Advanced Digital(purple one) and I am now staying in mainland China, but I am going back to the states in this July or August. By the way I bought this from the US.
