Should we be using the new holder in each box when we purchase it or is it best to use the previous holder from an old box since it has kept a record of your cycles? I used a new holder this month and I skipped form low to peak without any high days and am wondering if the new holder just doesn't know my cycles yet?

Hi Roni - You can use the new or the old - the Holder does not remember information from previous cycles.  The most important thing is not to change Holders part way through a cycle of use as this means the Holder will not have all the information it needs from the current cycle.
