Hi Sam, thanks for contacting us! If your period is overdue you can test at any time of the day as long as the urine has been in the bladder for at least 4 hours. Please avoid drinking a lot of liquid beforehand as it can dilute the urine. If you get a Pregnant result you need to see your Doctor. Wishing you all the best!
