Will using the bathroom during the night impact OTK results?

I'm about to start using the Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation test kit this week (following the instructions for which day to start), and it says to use it when you first go to the bathroom in the morning. I usually wake up during the night to go to the bathroom at least once. Will this negatively impact my test results? Is there a time window during which I should try to hold it, to ensure the test results are accurate?
