Tester is broken, How do I use the rest of the test strips?

Hello, I just purchased and tried the Clearblue Advanced Ovulation test and it doesn't seem to be processing my test. I tried two strips this morning, and only get the book symbol. What am I doing wrong? This is expensive and I want it to work, and don't want to miss my peak! Thank you.

Yes - you have found your LH Surge so can stop testing. It's likely that you started testing too late this cycle so consider starting earlier if you need to test in future cycles so you can also see your High Fertility days.

Thanks for getting in touch. This test had no lines and looks like insufficient sample has been applied - test again with a new test but collect a sample and dip the absorbent tip for the full 20 seconds.

I bought a Clearblue pregnancy test and it showed a minus in result window. and in control window there was nothing, before even peeing on it. I tried to pee on it and it did nothing. I think I got a dud. I took pictures before I peed on it if you need to see. Thanks

Hi Sam. You can't read a result from a modified image. We recommend you retest in 3 days time if your period has not arrived as if you are pregnant but testing too early, that is enough time for the hormone levels to double. Best wishes.
